Sonic The Hedgehog – new trailer (and new, improved Sonic!)

When the first trailer for the live action Sonic The Hedgehog movie was released earlier this year, fans of the blue hedgehog from the Sega computer games were, well, rather disturbed by the look of their beloved gaming character. (If you have mentally blocked out how skinny and scary he looked, check out the first trailer here).

Following the fan backlash, the filmmakers went back and changed how Sonic looked and the new, improved speedy hedgehog has now been revealed in the latest trailer for the movie.

Set for release on 14th February 2020, the family adventure has Sonic coming to earth to defend the planet from the evil Dr Robotnik (Jim Carrey, in full over-the-top mode). Here’s the new trailer:
