New look at family comedy ‘If’

Writer/director John Krasinski – previously best known for scaring the pants of adults with the A Quite Place movies – is behind the camera once more for the decidedly more family-oriented movie “IF”, which asks the question: What if everything you believed as a kid was real?

The movie stars Ryan Reynolds, Krasinski, Cailey Fleming, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Louis Gossett Jr and Steve Carell and is set for release in May this year. It follows the story of a young girl who can see everyone’s imaginary friends (IFs) and sets out on a magical journey to reconnect IFs with their kids.
