A comedy thriller for older kids and adults, this is definitely not one for littler eyes, despite the title. For Arnie plays a tough big-city cop who has to go undercover at a small-town kindergarten (nursery school) to stop a killer, so while he does eventually find his soft and squishy side by being with the little cuties, that doesn’t stop him waving his gun around if there’s a bad guy in the vicinity (the big finale is quite violent and the plot point of a kidnapped child would disturb younger viewers).
Before all that, there are some very funny moments as Arnie attempts to teach a group of little tykes (‘they’re like little terrorists’), and adults who know the muscleman better for hard-hitting action roles will get a kick out of watching him twirl a hula-hoop. Probably Arnie’s funniest (at least intentionally) movie.

As mentioned above, the finale is quite dark and violent.
