Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget first trailer

On 15th December, the long-awaited sequel to Aardman Animation’s classic Chicken Run is coming to Netflix.

The adventure picks up the story of loveable chicken Ginger, who is now living a peaceful life with her flock on an island sanctuary, along with husband Rocky and their chick Molly. However, back on the mainland life isn’t so great for chickens thanks to the reappearance of evil Mrs Tweedy, so it looks like Ginger and her pals may have to risk everything to come to the rescue of their fellow chickens.

Thandiwe Newton, Zachary Levi, Bella Ramsey, Imelda Staunton, Jane Horrocks and Daniel Mays are among the human cast providing voices for the feathery adventure, and you can catch a little glimpse of it, below:
