Less than 2 weeks left to visit London’s Fantastic Beasts’ Wizarding World Wands!
If you’re in London before November 13th, make sure you take an evening stroll near St Paul’s Cathedral to check out the Fantastic Beasts: Wizarding World Wands that are lighting up Peter’s Hill near the Millennium Bridge.
Launched last month by a performance from the Grenadier Guards, the nine giant wands are there to raise awareness for JK Rowling’s international children’s charity Lumos in the lead up to the release of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald on November 16th.
The wands light up Peter’s Hill each day until November 13th from 6.45pm, with short light displays to music every 30 minutes, and then delunimate at 10.45pm. There have already been a couple of special events – a wand demonstration and a Halloween themed evening – but if you’re around on Wednesday 7th November there will be a military marching band performing music from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films.
