Captain Underpants breaks a world record!

Captain Underpants' marketing team broke the Guinness World Record title for Largest Underpants this week

Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie opened in UK cinemas on Monday (and is also on general release worldwide), and as well as being one of the funniest kids films of the year, it has also just broken a Guinness World Record!

To celebrate the movie’s release, DreamWorks Animation and Twentieth Century Fox broke the Guinness World Record title for Largest Underpants yesterday. Displayed in London’s Coram Fields, the pants measured 23.44m across by 13.81m from waistband to crotch, which beats a previous world record set in 2010.
